Two Beds a Nighstand a Chair and a Crucifix
The model for Two Beds A Nighstand A Chair and A Crucifix grew out of Guilisasti’s reading of the appraisal of the furniture of two houses. The appraisal reduces the individuality of objects to the anonymous state of the word that designates them in a move that is equivalent to the annulation of forty selected pieces of furniture, their photographs later shown in the antiseptic space of the gallery.
